Please Welcome Carmen! This cutie is a 2 year old Border Terrier mix and approximately 25 lbs. Her foster mom says she is an absolute angel and one of the SWEETEST dogs she's ever met! Carmen is happy, laid back and very smart. She is already crate trained and picking up on housebreaking really well. Carmen adores people, playing with her stuffies and will make an awesome addition to some lucky family.
