ANIMAL TRANSPORT

Transporters are a vital part of the CPR Fund rescue process. Most of the dogs we rescue are at high-kill shelters, waiting for the rest of their lives to begin; and many of those shelters impose strict deadlines for pick-up. Transporters are the front lines for dogs who have been stuck in shelters for sometimes months, even years. You'll also transport foster dogs to and from the vet, adoption events, home visits, and more. You'll be expected to transport our dog friends according to safety requirements, and you must be licensed and pass a background check.

ADOPTION EVENTS

Volunteers are crucial for the success of our events. You'll help the event run smoothly and ensure that every attendee has a great experience. Our events are an important part of Chicago no-kill networking and community outreach. Each year, we help or host at least five events like _______________________________________________________

FUNDRAISING

Fundraising is one of our most vital needs. Raising funds can be done in lots of ways, like social media Facebook donation requests, creating and managing GoFundMe or other crowdfunding pages, sending emails, writing grants, holding special events like pet party raffles or holiday parties, partnering with businesses to barter services, and more. Even if you don't have experience raising funds, we can help guide you. Copywriting and organizational skills a big plus.
